WORLD OF OUTLAWS HEADING TO DELAWARE INTERNATIONAL THURSDAY NIGHT

DELMAR, DE – The World of Outlaws Late Models will be rolling into Delmarva to compete in the Fulton Bank 50 at the Delaware International Speedway. $10,000 are up for grabs for the winner making this the biggest Late Model event of the season.

Coming into Thursday night the top ten in WoO points reads like a “who’s who” of Late Model drivers. Josh Richards, Shinnston, WV; Shane Clanton, Fayetteville, GA; Darrell Lanigan, Union, KY; Rick Eckert, York, PA; Tim Fuller, Watertown, NY; Tim McCreadie, Watertown, NY; Eric Wells, Hazard, KY; Bub McCool, Vicksburg, MS; Morgan Bagley, Longview, TX; and Chub Frank, Bear Lake, PA are the current top ten from top to bottom. Darrell Lanigan is a two time winner at the speedway and defending Fulton Bank 50 winner. Other former winners in the top ten include Richards, Eckert and Frank.

Expect the local Late Model talent to step up for this event. Ricky “the Rocket” Elliott is five for five at the speedway this season and ran in the top five last year. Five time and defending champion, Donald Lingo, Jr. always seems to bring his “A” game when in town. Seaford, Del.’s Austin Hubbard is a former WoO Rookie of the year. Female drivers Staci Warrington and Amanda Whaley have both impressed the Outlaw regulars in past visits. Other locals expected included all-time leading feature winner at the speedway, David Hill. five time champion, Lou Johnson, veteran Bob Geiger, young guns Nick Davis and  Andrew Mullins, the father and son team of Kerry King & Kerry King, Jr. and Rob Schirmer.7-DIS
