By Charlie Brown, Delmar, DE (6/29/12) – A flash thunderstorm sent everyone scrambling for cover Friday night at the U.S. 13 Dragway but not before the final rounds had been run. Other winners on the night included: Roger Collins of Georgetown, Del. in Street; Harvey Powell of Salisbury, Md. in Bike Trophy; Anthony Pavone of Seaford, Del. in Jr. Dragster 1 and Brad Keyton of Severn, Md. in Jr. Dragster 2.

It was a pair of rear engine dragsters in the Super Pro final with Ricky Payne driving Allen Bradford's dragster taking on Phillip Truitt of Parsonsburg, Md.
