August 23 Chevy - Show - Shine & Drags return 52nd Anniversary

In just two weeks, the event everyone plans to come out to see! Chevy enthusiast from all over the Mid-Atlantic will be here, to have their day, on the grounds of the U.S. 13 Dragway, Sunday August 23rd. This event also honors the founders of the track, the late William J & Juanita Cathell. Last year, over three hundred show cars were on hand, along with two hundred and seventy five race teams. This year, we will add to the event, THE LIST grudge racing series. These cars have been a crowd pleaser all year long!

The gates will open at 9 am, with the car show registration and judging from 9 am to 2 pm. Time trials will begin at 11 am. Eliminations will start around 3 pm and after the completion of first round, the car show first place awards will be giving out on the drag-strip. A one price admission fee, will allow race fans and Chevy enthusiast,  the ability to walk the entire grounds. General admission is just $15, children 13 & under are admitted free, with a paying adult.
