Street Car Showdown Cancels Due To Rain

UPDATE: The weather was not a friend of Wednesday night racing when a call for rain storms would move into the area later in the evening. The track officials decided to cancel the event. The next Wednesday night event will be held July 21st as a test and tune with a N/T cash days. 

 

The Street Car Showdown comes to U. S. 13 Dragway tomorrow evening, July 14th, 2021. 

Rules:

• Car must have working AC
• Must have factory appearing interior (no gutted cars)
• Tagged and Insured 
• 5-10 mile drive possible 
• Vehicle must conform to 2021 IHRA rulebook 
• AWD vehicles allowed
• All power adders accepted - Turbos (twins allowed)/NOS/Pro Charger 
• No time shown for 365 days 
• N/T .400 Pro Tree 
• 1/8th mile

Gate entry and $50 tech card in tower.

Payout determined by car count.

Gates open at 5 p.m. with racing starting at 6 p.m.

Spectators - $15

Test and Tune - $25
